SERVICES PROVIDED
I offer multiple ways to meet your design needs - hire me via a design retainer, your company's contract for a set amount of time (3-month, 6-month, 12-month, etc), or for a la carte assets.
DESIGN SUPPORT RETAINER
​​For ongoing design work needs, book a design support retainer for a determined amount of hours per month, like a monthly subscription for design services. You’ll pay upfront at the beginning of each month to reserve the hours on my schedule. The hours are "use them or lose them,” meaning any unused hours will not carry over to the next month. If the hour amount is exceeded, additional work can be done for $125 an hour upon availability.

MAKE IT OFFICIAL
Then, we'll sign a contract with the terms of service provided by me if it's a retainer, and by you if it's a company contract.
FINANCIALS
RETAINER: payment is paid upfront at the beginning of each month by an ACH payment or PayPal.
CONTRACT: The company AP (Accounts Payable) can set up invoice handoffs and direct deposit if available. Invoices will be billed every two weeks at net 15 (full payment is due 15 calendar days after the invoice date).
ONBOARDING
You’ll set me up with access to the tools and software your team uses to communicate and produce projects (email address, server, Google Business, Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, Slack, Miro, Asana, Monday, Zoom, Brandfolder, Shutterstock, Canva, etc).
BRAND KNOWLEDGE
If not already accessible through the company tools and software, you'll connect me to the brand guide (colors, fonts, logo, design elements, photography, etc), past work examples, and the source files.

I’ll present the work on a screensharing video call, where I share the rationale for the designs. You’ll be emailed a presentation PDF of the work as well.
REFINEMENT
If needed, we can make small edits up to 2 rounds to make them their best.
